Plot:

The story revolves around Griffins, Griffin is a family that consists of a married couple named Peter and Lois and their three children named, Meg, Chris, and Stewie. They also have a dog named dog which is anthropomorphic. They also have a car that resembles a red sixth-generation Ford Country Squire. The show takes place in a fictional city named Quahog of Rhode Island. The show falls under dark humor which is shown through its metafictional cutaway gags that lampoon American culture, if not always then quite often. The family is conceived by MacFarlane after developing two animated films named The Life of Larry and Larry & Steve.
