Black Panther: A change in the plot after untimely demise of Chadwick Boseman

Black Panther 2 is a highly anticipated movie, and fans are eagerly waiting for its arrival. Unfortunately, with the untimely demise of the lead actor, Chadwick Boseman, last year after losing a battle with cancer. There might be some changes in the plot informed by the Marvel Cinematic Universe president. Fans have heartily requested not to replace the character of Boseman. It is even officially confirmed that the name will not have a replacement.

The director of Ryan Coogler revealed some information regarding the movie’s second installment without Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa. Kevin said that the president of MCU noted that the franchise would continue to be about Wakanda. And this time, the movie might explore the places, culture, and other characters within Wakanda only.

Furthermore, Coogler added that there is no CGI effect to bring back late Boseman as shining T’Challa. Also, they are still not very much sure about recasting any actor for this role in the Black Panther sequel. Kevin said that the writer is working hard on the script to do justice to keep up the legacy and not disappoint the fans.

Currently, the team is working extremely hard on the script, focusing primarily on the mythology and inspiration for Wakanda.
